After serving in the residential/commercial sector as owner of an architectural coatings business, Rod transitioned into project management in the federal market.  Rod’s dedication to detail and ethics in delivery provided invitations to serve as a construction project manager for high security clearance projects on federal properties and air force bases throughout the country.

Rod’s passion for jobsite safety and leadership sculpted his educational goals to include a heavy emphasis on OSHA safety for the construction industry, USACE Quality Construction Methods, and a degree in Construction Management.

During time off from Kramer, Rod enjoys taking the family and dogs to local hiking trails for a picnic, followed by an evening at home with his guitar, and listening to his collection of jazz.
